As a producing Branch Manager, I’m not just sitting on the sidelines. I’m in the trenches with my loan officers every day, originating loans, solving problems, and sharing strategies that work in today’s market. 

I got my start in this business because I loved real estate and numbers. What kept me in it—and what helped me succeed—was great mentorship. I had someone early in my career who believed in me, and taught me how to scale a business while always putting the client first. That experience shaped how I lead today.
