Hi, I’m Deysi Madrigal, the Branch Manager of Lender Express Mortgage’s Glendale office. With over 20 years of experience in customer service and finance, I’ve spent the past eight years specializing as a bilingual Loan Officer. I’m passionate about helping my community achieve homeownership, and I’m proud to be ranked in the top 1% of mortgage loan officers since 2019.

My journey began when I moved to the U.S. from Mexico City with my family. We initially settled in California before finding a permanent home in Arizona. My parents instilled in me the belief that the U.S. offered tremendous opportunities, and I’ve made it my life’s mission to help others realize the American Dream through homeownership.

 

As the Branch Manager, I lead by example, mentoring loan officers and guiding them through every stage of their career. I focus on building relationships and creating an environment where everyone feels supported and empowered to succeed. One of my greatest rewards is seeing my team grow, thrive, and achieve their goals.

I take pride in being a problem solver, especially when it comes to addressing challenges in the loan process. Whether it’s dealing with credit issues, income challenges, or simply finding the right mortgage product for a client’s unique situation, I’m committed to offering solutions that work. I also understand the importance of educating clients, especially first-time homebuyers, to simplify the process and make homeownership more accessible.
