I’m Morgan Hagaman, Branch Manager at Mountain Country Mortgage in Flagstaff, Arizona, and I’ve been in the mortgage and real estate industries for over 20 years. My career journey began in my final semester of college when I earned my real estate license and started working an agent here in Flagstaff. That early experience helped me build a solid foundation in real estate and client relationships. However, in 2001, I transitioned into the mortgage business with Mountain Country Mortgage, driven by my desire to improve the mortgage experience for both clients and professionals. 

Throughout my career, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, staying adaptable to market changes and evolving regulations. One of the most defining moments for me was navigating the 2008 mortgage crisis. During that time, my partner and I made the decision to move to the retail side of business. It was a challenging period, but it helped me refine my problem-solving skills and taught me to think outside the box when faced with unexpected situations. In 2024, the Mountain Country Mortgage team and I moved back to mortgage brokering to offer better service to their clients. Whether working through difficult loan scenarios or helping clients in Flagstaff’s competitive market, I’m always focused on finding the best solutions.
