With over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, my journey from Loan Officer Assistant to Co-Owner of Lender Express has shaped who I am today. Along the way, I’ve built a deep understanding of the industry, developed strong problem-solving skills, and discovered a true passion for helping others succeed. I believe success should be both rewarding and fun, and I strive to create that balance for my team and clients.

I got my start in 2000, working as an assistant to my mom, a mortgage professional. She believed in the “sink or swim” method, which forced me to dive in and figure things out on my own. I spent a lot of time researching guidelines and solving complicated loan issues, which gave me a strong foundation in the technical side of the mortgage process. That experience taught me to be resourceful, adaptable, and persistent.

Over the years, I moved from being a Loan Officer to running my own production team and later managing branches. By 2010, I was leading teams and mentoring others, using my knowledge to help them succeed. In December 2022, I became Co-Owner of Lender Express. This role allows me to combine my technical expertise with my passion for leadership as I guide loan officers and ensure our clients receive exceptional service.
